On April 23, our CEO, Olga Pawluczyk and our Data Quality Lead, Dr. David Gilbank presented the first in a series of webinars. The webinars will focus on helping food processors increase automation and improve food quality and safety during these challenging times.
This webinar started by considering how we can understand the performance of any inspection system, whether it’s machine or human operated. Then we looked at what a vision system actually is, and reviewed different types of vision systems. We compared different types of vision systems and talked about how you can increase automation using vision systems. We finished off the webinar by considering how visions systems can complement other inspection methods, such as X-Rays and metal detectors.
